DELIVERY/SHIPPING

Shipment of rugs will be made either by airfreight or more appropriately by courier service which is door to door. SHIPPING IS FREE FOR DELIVERY TO USA & EUROPE. For other destinations, please consult us.

Actual shipping time will depend on country of destination. Generally, allow 8 - 12 days for delivery to the USA, Canada and EU countries. If the rugs clients select are not immediately "in stock" or must be specially woven (ex: custom made orders), allow 4-6 weeks additional. In that event, please check with us. We will gladly give a specific delivery date.

CUSTOMS DUTIES
Our experience of shipping rugs to USA and a number of EU countries indicates that in the great majority of cases custom duties on arrival in the country of destination are either non existent or minimal.
